استخدمت الآرنيكا مرة ورجعت اشتريه لأن مفعوله جدا رائع.. كان معي ضغط في السن الأخير وأحسن بصعوبة عند فتح الفك.. استمريت بالدهن في منطقة السن وأسفل الفك (من الخارج) ومنطقة الرقبة وحول الأذن وفي تجويف الأذن وحصلت على نتيجة رائعة بخصوص ضغط السن. استخدمته أيضا في محيط البطن لتخفيف شد الانتفاخ بصراحة ارتحت عليه ورجعت أشتري لنتيجة أفضل.
