How to Choose Your Size:
- Choose a daily underwear size that fits your body.
Measure using inches without wearing it on your body.
Measure half of your waist and half of your hips, then multiply by 2 to get the full measurement.

Then multiply the result by 2 to get
the full waist and hip measurement
Example: half waist measurement 14 inches
We multiply 14 by 2 to get the full
waist measurement = 28 inches

How to Wash Your Menstrual Underwear:
1- Rinse under cold water until the runoff water is clear, indicating the blood has been removed.
2- Wash by hand or in the washing machine using natural materials such as white vinegar, baking soda, laurel soap, or Rooted cleaners for example.
3- Dry in the sun until completely dry
4- Ready to use again.
