Pure magnesium oil is a highly concentrated spray made from magnesium chloride solution extracted from the ancient Zechstein Sea in the Netherlands. Ideal for muscle and joint relief after exercise. This spray can be used daily, as it is non-greasy and leaves no unpleasant odor.
Provides approximately 70 mg of elemental magnesium per 4 sprays, or 500 mg per teaspoon.
Directions for use:
Spray 4–5 times onto the skin and massage into the area. Reapply as desired. Small white residues from the sea salt may form on the skin, which can be wiped or rinsed off. Add 2 ounces to bathwater or soak the feet for 20–30 minutes. This spray can also be used as a deodorant.
